The staff provided excellent support in every way possible. The cleanliness was really good, and the seventh-floor bar provided a great lounge area. Our group could easily gather in the sitting area while waiting for everyone to arrive. The staff were consistently helpful, even arranging taxis promptly. I would choose this hotel again on my next visit.

I found the bathroom only had one towel rack, somewhat inconvenient when traveling with multiple people. This small issue made it challenging to maintain an eco-friendly approach to towel usage.

difficult coffee machine indifferent service

I had a few issues . the coffee machine in the room was difficult to operate. i only managed to get hot water. It wasn't very useful. also, the indifferent service at the reception wasn't great. i expected more. from a hotel like this! but the wi-fi was slow.

Mixed Feelings at This Hotel

missing refrigerator leaky shower

The rooftop bar offered nice views.

I found the lack of a refrigerator in the room pretty inconvenient. I needed to store some snacks and drinks, but I had no place to keep them cool. the shower design was a real problem. Water splashed all over the floor because of the half-glass door.
